LIQIANG_SP630 Drop coiler
The automatic double-bobbin spooler is designed in a vertical type, it has an excellent stability. And it is matched a special hydraulic station and choose hydraulic components with good quality. It is controlled by hydraulic pressure fully. Working pressure and traversing pitch is adjustable. All that bobbins' up, down, clamping and releasing are controlled by hydraulic pressure completely. With a function of tray moving, it is easy those bobbins clamps and release the pinch while changing. In the hydraulic system, energy-storage device and automatic overflow device are used to keep stress equipotent, and solenoid valve integrated circuit is used to ensure secure, reliable and leakage-free performance. There is a special cooling oil system in the oil tank to keep a normal temperature after a long working time. Brake and impaction device of full bobbin adopts a pneumatic type control. From free-load to full load, changing spool is controlled by electric automatically and performance achieves upwards of 99.6%.
